Definition of maintenance processes and strategies.
Creating asset list from material delivered from the client.
Maintenance schedule based on assets on site, specified maintenance tasks and Service Level Agreements (SLA).
Implementation of processes such as Service request process, Document management process, Long Term Planning process among others.
Creating facilities for energy consumption follow-up.
Follow-up of implementation after commissioning
