As an authorized pension insurance company, Ilmarinen’s mission is to safeguard the statutory pension provision of those employees and self-employed persons it insures and to manage the investment assets that cover future pensions. Ilmarinen is the largest pension insurance company in Finland measured by the amount of people insured. Ilmarinen is responsible for the pensions of more than 800 000 people and thereby manages significant investment assets. Of these assets approximately 10,5 per cent are real estate investments. An essential part of real estate risk management is up to date and reliable information on the situation of the real estates and their need for repair.

RYHTI is one of the first applications, where an hourly electricity consumption monitoring is available from the network company, that is not an actor in the electricity market. Network companies deliver the information in electric EDIEL MCCONS format.

Amplion Asset Management Oy manages real estate investment properties in Finland, the Baltic Countries and the St. Petersburg region. To develop a systematic maintenance for the 7 properties in the Baltic Countries, RYHTI maintenance manuals will be prepared for each of them in the course of this spring.

As a result of the RYHTI development activity, we have published a renewed version of the RYHTI software. The new entirely web browser based RYHTI 4 matches the client’s needs and requirements of versatility, flexibility and usability better than ever before.
